    This system is an ultrasonic spray tube furnace system specifically designed for the synthesis of advanced nanomaterials. It innovatively integrates three core processes: ultrasonic atomization, high-temperature pyrolysis, and electrostatic collection, achieving precise control over the particle size, morphology, and microstructure of nanomaterials.

    The system consists of three functional modules working collaboratively: an ultrasonic-enhanced aerosol generator uses 1.7MHz high-frequency ultrasound to efficiently and stably atomize the precursor solution into uniform micron-sized droplets, with a precision injection pump ensuring precise control of the feed rate. The high-performance tube furnace operates at temperatures up to 1200℃, equipped with a 30-segment programmable temperature control system and a 300mm-long homogenization zone, providing a precise and uniform thermal environment for the thermal decomposition, crystallization, and coating of nanomaterials. The high-voltage electrostatic collector utilizes an electric field of up to 30kV to efficiently and non-destructively collect the final synthesized nanopowder.

    Through the seamless collaboration of these three subsystems, this system provides a high-efficiency, reliable, and highly reproducible high-end synthesis platform for preparing nanomaterials with uniform composition and complex structures (such as core-shell structures).

    Equipped with a 1.7MHz ultrasonic atomizer, the liquid can be atomized into liquid particles and introduced into a tube furnace.

    • It can realize two functions of continuous operation atomization and regular operation atomization. The timing can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 180 minutes (adjust the gear every 30 minutes).
    Liquid injection system • A standard set of liquid injection pumps for automatic liquid feeding
